Wella Welloxon Perfect Pastel

I have always used Goldwell....some loreal... recently been using/moving over to Wella.

I'm not sure if I have the right idea... (mix with KP...for bleached hair...for toning?) .... could someone please explain to me to use of Wella Welloxon Perfect Pastel please?

Would this be used instead of, for example colour touch/relights etc?

I use pastel a lot for bleach. It's 2.9% and it's just fab.

I also use it in double quantities to tone with KP and illumina.
