What am I doing wrong?

Hey guys, this is my sisters hand, peeling from free edge every single time I do her nails. She uses her cuticle oil, pretty good to look after them. What could I be doing wrong ?

All Gelish products, start to finish. Trained with Cnd so it's a Cnd Lamp. I prep well, cleanse, ph bond, thin foundation then then thin layers, capping free edge.

It's frustrating!

I know it's thin to win but the layers look like they may be a tad too thin?

CND UV or LED lamp? The LED one is formulated specifically for Shellac.
Is she the only person it happens on?
Could your layers be too thin?
Are her nails too smooth? Are you removing the shine before application?
Is it always the same nails?

Also, have you tried structure gel underneath?
