What are these "glass things"?

Im not sure that anyone will know what im talking about but here goes...

I have seen pictures of nails that a therapist has beautifully painted/decorated... In lots of these pictures, the painted/decorated hand is holding (what looks like) a glass ball, sometimes with bubbles or another decoration inside.
I think these look amazing and im interested in getting one.
So my question is... What these "glass things" called and where i could get one from?
