We used baby wipes to wipe pigment off during and at the end of microblading in my training.
However my inspector from the council has issues with this due to hygiene reasons, could I use mundo hand and foot spray or alcohol wipes? Or will anything this strong take some of the pigment out?
Iv found sterile water just won't remove the pigment well enough from the skin.

You could try Mundo Sanitising Skin Wipes. These are alcohol based.

I use Green soap, it's what tattoo artists use. You can buy it on wipes, already diluted in bottles or undiluted in large containers. I personally use the pre diluted, and pour some into a little galli pot and use from there on cut up gauze squares called toppers.
Hope that helps x
