What is a good return rate?

Hi

I've been working from my hon treatment room for just 5 months now and wondered if my return rate is good or not. At the moment it's just over 50%.

Because I started in May I've had many people come for one off treatments for holidays, weddings, hen parties and birthdays so I know I won't necessarily see these people again until another occasion.

What is your return rate and what would you think is a good one?

How did you work out your return rate? I think 50% in 5 months is good, I watched a video once by free salon education that went into detail about client return rates and what you should be targeting at I'll try to find it

I head that once a client has visited you 3 times in a row then you can officially call them yours. if you want to boost it try giving them an incentive to come back e.g giving them a 15% 10% 5% and making them book their next appointment at the end of their first to be able to redeem the next percentage off
