What is a soft manicure?

I've had a message from a lady asking for a soft manicure, I've returned her call but had to leave a message myself.

But I have no idea what a soft manicure is?

I hope I'm being really stupid, and know exactly what she means but I'm at a loss right now.

I've never heard of this meaning either but soft can represent a few things. It could mean soft nails as in a soft nail shape, soft as in a pale nail polish colour. Soft as in not hard so a gentle manicure! Soft as in soft gel. ..surely it may be one of them!

Phew, not just me then. I'll obviously ask when she calls back but I wanted to know what she meant. Maybe it's her own term for some kind of manicure.
