what is the going rent a room rate in salon

Hi

I have just been down to have a look at a new hair and beauty salon, which opens next month, i wanted to know what is the going rate to rent a room for a week.

Now its my first time and ive only just moved to the area so i dont have a cliental.
It's £100 a week, includes water,electric,counciltax and receptionist to take bookings.
She putting a massage bed and wash basen in the room, I would have to go by her colour scheme, so new tunic and towels.

I choose my own prices for treatments,advertisement,promotions etc

Any advice ,comments would be helpful

£100 seems ok to me but it all depends on how popular for nails the are is and how much passing trade you would get. You could start off with giving 20% and providing your own products etc and reviewing things after 3 months.
