Ive never been able to tag clients in pictures on my business page. How do I change this? TIA

In page settings there is an option to allow people to tag pictures. I switched that on.

If we are FB friends on my personal profile I tag them from that after I've uploaded the pic and it appears in my news feed.

If we aren't they can't they can tag themselves if they want to.

I went on the computer it let me tag but dont seem to let me on my phone, been through the settings and there fine so im not sure, so annoying why cant it be like a normal page lol x
