Hi everyone,
Please can anyone advice me on how much of a percentage i should ask for leaseing a nail station in my salon. I understand that the amount will depend on where and how busy the salon. but was just wondering what the average is as i really do not have a clue.
Thanx

If you're leasing a space, you should be charging a flat rate. If you're taking a percentage, that you're an employer. And you have a commission payed employee.

As for what percentage commission you should offer to pay the employee. If you supply the products, pay the person 40-45%. If they supply their own products, I would think 70% to the employee would be fair.
