What questions to ask on Hopi Ear Candle consutation card ?

I have just done hopi course but for home work need to do my own consutation card and some case studys just wondered what some good questions would be to add ?. thanks geeks x

3. been putting oil/softener in ears
4. allergies to any of the ingredients
5. whats your hearing like left ear right ear

We are all sworn to silence with homework questions and anyone breaking the rules is severely beaten with a big stick.
Think of the contraindications for the treatment and also do a search and read through any literature you have im sure you will be able to answer yourself.

Dont worry they will be there in a minute.Actually they are going to ear candle you with cheap no filter candles from ebay instead of the big stick.
