What treatment gives the best result for reducing scars

Hi Geeks, just wondering what is the best treatment in reducing acne scars? Some say microdermabrasion is great while others find micro needling better. It's a treatment id love to introduce to my salon, but it would have to be effective!

microdermabrasion is good for scarring but for a home product use skincerity its working on my acne scarring
