Can any one give me some good advice about acrylic/liquid I'm currently doing level 2 course & have used a few acrylics & haven't found one yet that I like.

HI Lish

Ok, lets take this a step back , which ones have you tried and what was it about them that you didnt like?

I use creative products, lots of people on here do and I rate them as the best i have ever used. As you know there are others out there, and other people will tell you they prefer them but we all have our reasons why we love them so much.

So, what have you used in the past?

Oh and welcome by the way !

To get the best out of a product/system you need to train in it...what brand are you training with now?

Thanks for the reply(s) I've used La Femme, the edge & cesars acrylics...Cesars was the best doesn't lift at all & is really hard to get off, every time I've used La femme it pings off a few nails & the same with the edge. Your prob thinking why don't you use cesars?? you can't buy it in the UK any more it has to be ordered on the website which is a pain if you need some products ASAP.

I'm just starting out I've done a calgel course, jessica course & NVQ level 2 nail tech.

Can you do a training course with creative nails?? I'm happy to do extended training I've spent alot of money & time on my training/products that's why I have to get it right before I'm let loose...lol :)

Hi there Lish

Welcome to the site. Sounds to me like you have the right attitude regarding you continuing learning and development in the nail industry.

My advice to you would be to ring around the main suppilers and see if they will post you samples, that way your not spending too much money and you can experiment. Just explain that you are currently training and I'm sure they will send you samples. I would also ask about their education programme, that way you can do your research and make an informed choice at your leisure. There are several companies that distribute education and products in this country. To name a few:

CND (Creative)
Affiniti (NFu.Oh)
EzFlow
NSI
Young Nails

I personally use CND, their training and products are second to none. You will find that most people on here will say the same. To contact the distributer you can ring them on 0845 210 60 60 or Welcome - Sweet Squared

Another product that I use is NFu.Oh. This is a fabulous range for coloured and glitter L+P. They also do fabulous nail art products, polish and other products. The website is Affiniti Nail & Beauty - Nfu.Oh, Mundo, Pro Impressions, Nfu Oh, Nail Products They are also starting a training programme at some point. They are based near Glasgow and the contact on here is Izzidoll and she is lovely.

I have used NSI for 2 years and much prefer CND and NFu.Oh. I cannot comment on Young Nails or EzFlow as I have not used them.

If you need any further help please ask either on forum or send me a private message, if I can help I will do. Good luck
