Have you exposed it to sunlight ? work near a window , have product by a window ect etc

It's just cold :)

Not to worry, many primers freeze in low temperatures. Just let it sit until it's room temp, or put the bottle to stand in some warm water.

You can't save the brush now, so maybe dip a spare brush into the bottle to use once it's liquid again.

In future, check it's not solid before opening so you don't damage the brush, and then let it warm up before use x
 
It's just frozen.:. Every single morning in our shop I deal with this [emoji85].

If you need it ASAP, sitting it in a cup of warm water will melt it enough to use.
