can anyone reccomend a good brush ? and should i have one brush for smile line and a small one for cuticle area and a flat for other zones ?? help!

Most pros use one brush for all zones.

What system are you using. Often a brush is made to go with a specific system.

I use CND brushes with my CND liquids and powders.
 
well i trained in la femme so im using that and a la femme brush but it doesnt seem thick enough ,

it was ok at first but now im finding it hard to pick up with should i just get a new one

That decision is up to you .. if it was fine at the first then perhaps all you need is a new one.
