Just wondered what everybody thinks the differene really is between well less and full well tips and also when its best to use either one or the other??

Well there are times when you can use a well-less tip and then there are times when you cannot. No way could you use only one or the other and get the result your clients deserve, not only aesthetically but one that would last the maximum amount of time for them.
I only use well-less tips on those clients who have a nicely shaped and good length of nail bed. The well-less tip simply looks ugly on any other type of nail plate in my opinion (and that is only if a client requests tips as otherwise I would tend to sculpt on this type of nail).
Tips with a well provide perfect stability as well as uniformity and protection on bitten or irregular nail types and I would use them on clients who had nails like these.
If you are using tips, then you will need several different types to do the best job on the variety of nails you will come across in the nail business.
