i do mostly just curved on clients.....but my preference on my nails is deep curved smile lines, like comp nails.
i have done straight across on one client who would have nothing but ......now she has curved....thank goodness!!

I voted deep & curved as it doesn't necessarily mean extreme.

Just curved is available but to distinguish my nails from techs in my area I aim for a little deeper than others.
