Where am I going wrong with Gelish removal?

I will definately give that a go, thanks ladies! in the case of gelish- less is obviously more! I just got a big bottle of nail harmony remover, but will try d-solve and see how I get on. I have also just taken delivery of the new cnd lamp! im so excited!

Actually we've found what works a trick is to first soak a client's nails in some warm water just to warm the hands up and the nails up. Then to wrap them with your acetone and foil and then place it with a heat bag or some heat over the top. And we found by soaking the nails in water a little bit first, that it doesn't actually leave the nails as dry from the acetone as well. Hope that helps!
 
I never buff off the top coat when using gelish either. I wrap them in maji foils for 10 mins and they come straight off. I do use d-solve though so not sure if that makes a difference or not as I've not tried the gelish remover.
