~~Help please!
~I have a very succesful salon and last year opened another one.
The second one is just too much for me and both stylists are pregnant, I have poor health and need to get rid of the second one.
THe problem I have is I cant sell it with the good will as the girls will be leaving. My landlord has offered to let me walk away and he will keep all my equipment and re let the salon. But I have put £20 K in to kitting out the salon and really would like someone else to have the opportunity to start up.
I have it with an agent but people think there is a catch as ~Im happy to walk away wiht £5k ~( which is what the landlord would charge as an ingoing if he keeps my equipment.)
Any advice on where to advertise?this would be fantastic for an owner operator to build up
