Which colour house shall i go with?

ive been using L'OREAL for 8 years.. and although we are happy with the quaility we are having issues with the company.. which colour will come close??

MATRIX colors are fab and a good alternative, they are a sister company but with a local touch as we have them ang get them excluslivly from our local wholesaler and there education is FAB

I love matrix too and used it for years and still use at home, my current salon owner is in love with loreal :s I'm ok with it but lately they seem to be changing alot of stuff with it and colours be discontinued like 10 1/2 1
