White to brown spray tan solution

i went to the Birmingham NEC in April and got some samples of spray tans. I tried the White to Brown spray tan and like it so i ordered some Monday and they said i would have it on Wednesday (today). Just rung them and they haven't sent it as its out of stock. I have 2 clients tonight who wanted this tan as i tried this on them. They have a party on Friday to go to, do i ring them up and tell them i haven't got the solution or wait till they turn up and offer another one. I'm not happy with this company but like the solution what would you do?

I think if it were me, I'd call the clients to forewarn them. It may well avoid any bigger disappointment/annoyance later on x

personally (and im probably going to get shot down for this ) if they told me they would send it out and it would be there on wednesday and then i found out it was actually out of stock i would forget them all together. The staff are obviously not well informed about stock and as a business you cant afford for your supplier to let you down like that. I would shop around get loads of samples and find another solution, there are so many companies out there that offer fantastic customer service and also have great solutions. Find one that ticks all the boxes x

I agree with high hopes...i would find it unacceptable. There are many, many other spray tanning companies out there and i'm sure you'll find more than one to tick all the boxes for you. Great customer service and speedy delivery is a must!!!
