I just got a call, which seems inappropriately late for a start, she asked me all sorts of questions including 'and what training do you have darling?' And after all of that she said she would get back to me when she had spoken to some other hairdressers. This was for a cut and blow dry. Why do people not seem to think that if we are mobile we don't deserve respect or don't have training? I'm so unhappy with the way I've been treated recently.

Unfortunately I believe it's down to not so qualified/experienced hairdressers doing "homers" that makes them trust us less where as if your working in a salon they assume you must be good if you know what I mean, being mobile has it's advantages but also it's disadvantages but that's the joys of working with the public x
