I have colored my naturally dark blonde hair using wella koleston special blonde in 12/89, and the color was gorgeous I was soooo happyyy, but then after a only a few washes it faded to a brassy really ugly gold totally unlike the creamy pale blonde it was at first. Why? Does this mean the color doesn't contain enough ammonia, should I add a blonding cream to the mix like Igora e-00? Please help !!!! I don't understand why this happened, it is a permanent hair color!!!!!!!
