I have a regular Gelish client who I have been treating every three weeks since July last year. She has never had any problems before neither have any of my many other Gelish clients but tonight she mentioned that her nails felt like they were burning under the uv lamp. Nobody else has ever mentioned this to me. Please could somebody tell me why this would have happened as although she wasn't complaining I don't want it to happen again and I feel I owe her an explanation. Many thanks.

Heat spikes are normally either the gel is too thick or maybe that her nails are thinner than they used to be xx
