I’ve been dying my hair with 10/0 for few years but I have a lot of gold pigment naturally and when I do my roots they always end up quite goldy, I want more of a creamy blonde anyone recommend a colour to change to I don’t want to bleach my hair my natural colour is an 8 with about 20% white now.

A natural level 8 will have a lot of gold undertone. When you're lifting with 10/0 you're literally lifting the hair 2 levels with no additional tone. To counteract gold you need violet. So my suggestion would be either use 10/16 with 10/0 or use 10/96 + 10/0
