Here goes:

Started 14 may on 23 hours out of the full time 37.5 then changed to 34.5 from 1st September....

so?

20 days is her full tme hol entitlement

any help gratefully received please?

s I had worked out the may to sept entitlement as 12 hol and 5 public hol....

Hi if you go on gov.co.uk on the employers section there is a holiday calculator which you can put in hrs worked and dates. It will calculate the allowance for you. Hope this helps

I do 20 hours per week over 5 days, 4 hours per day. We contact the company that sorts out our HR as we were all confused when it came to my holidays. What they explained is it's still the same as a full timer but I get holiday pro rata as well- so I still get 20days a year but just paid for 4 hrs pay per holiday day. If that makes sense.....
