i started yoga tonight - my gosh doesn't it hurt!!!

I loved it though and i've signed up for a 6 week course, does anybody else do yoga? i'm gunna look on ebay for a mat now!

Yes I do and yes it's surprising how much you ache to begin with, it will ease off though as you get more flexible

I started doing Yoga in November and I love it - i got a mat from Tescos the other day for £3.50 cheapest i'd seen yet.

I've done yoga for years. Its an excellent exercise, although in the beginning you do feel pain in areas you didn't even know existed!!:lol:

Stick with it - you'll never look back.

the course i'm doing only costs £36 for 6 weeks, i thought that was quite good. Not sure if thats the usual going rate though!
