Does it bother any other licensed professional that people post YouTube how-to videos and then viewers try what they saw in the video..and then come into the salon to have their hair fixed?! GAHHHHH! I hate when someone says, "well, I saw this video on YouTube and I just had to try it, but I messed my hair up and now I need it fixed." I almost want to slap them and tell them if you had come in from the beginning, they wouldn't have the messed up hair problem!
