I recieved a letter yesterday stating my Cert II in Nail Technology will be postponed due to lack of numbers:cry:! i wanst due to start until May...Im so upset have been waiting since November to start!!!!!!!!!! Sorry just needed to vent :mad:

I am guessing you would have to have a license for making your own hand/feet maks & lotions etc....Or am i wrong? I am wondering about health and safety and allerigic reactions? Any one have any views on this at all?:)
