    Tanning solution in fridge?

DHA does not cope well and efficiency breaks down in temperatures over 25 Celcius. Keep in fridge if it's going to be warm. Always bring refrigerated solution back to room temperature before spraying as spraying direct from fridge will result in the tan not curing as dark on the skin. HTH

    Arbonne

Hear hear! I absolutely :Love::Love:the Arbonne skincare as well and it is going great guns in Australia. Lots of beauty professionals using it in salon for treatments and singing it's praises. Has worked miracles on my skin which has driven me literally insane for the past 20 years...

    Arbonne

Couldn't resist responding to this post. Arbonne is also relatively new in Australia and yes, the method to market is Direct Sales. I stumbled across Arbonne products recently, tried the RE9 range on my skin with absolutely stunning results. On my skin it has outperformed any other...

Best pre holiday tan to avoid patchy fade?

To assist with maintaining a tan whilst on holiday (in particular when using chlorinated pools), apply a high quality waterproof sunblock prior to swimming, take short dips rather than long swims and pat dry with a towel - no rubbing. You may find a tan extender works well to elongate tan...

Best oil for dry skin on legs?

Pure shea butter if you can get hold of some is fabulous for dry skin. If not, try good old olive oil. Magnificent. :D

    Darkest tan

True however a 14% DHA without included hydrators and/or alcohol would be more drying on the skin that a 20% with hydrators and no alcohol. There are other factors that make a spray tan dry the skin besides DHA.

Illegal from June to offer more than a 14% tan

A chemists "opinion" is not law. Again I would reiterate that EU directives and legislation are usually very clearly outlined, effectively communicated and not hard to misinterpret. Sure, the % used in the test was 14% - that is quite clear and yes, all products are required to be registered...

Shelf life of 1mth on 2hr tan?

That is very strange. Can you email Solaire in the US to find out if that is truly the case? Is there a DOM (date of manufacture) stamped on the solution bottle at all.

Is a reaction with the nickel in the back of your watch and the DHA remaining on the skin. I get it where the button on my jeans touches my belly.

Illegal from June to offer more than a 14% tan

Think I've just given myself a headache going through that entire document... :irked: I cannot find any reference to it either. I am confident that all the large tanning manufacturers would be well aware of anything along these lines being implemented especially with the "deadline"...

Illegal from June to offer more than a 14% tan

We I can ASSURE you that it isn't applicable in the US/Canada/EU or Australia/NZ as we sell into all these areas and have heard of nothing of the sort. Australia in particular has some of the toughest laws when it comes to cosmetics etc.. (look at our BAN ON SUNBEDS for instance) and if it were...

Illegal from June to offer more than a 14% tan

If there was an EU Directive which was to halt the sale/use of products over 14% DHA then they would have sent out information to advise of this months ago with a date on which this was to cease. Not true.

    FAO Tanning geeks

Not necessarily true as depending on what the base colour is will depend on whether it goes green or not. Solutions with alcohol also tend not to smell funny if they are off because the smell of alcohol overpowers everything else. I would always follow manufacturers recommendations. The last...

Tan for ginger/fair haired people. Help please!

Remembering that not all redheads and blondes have pale skin and some do actually get a great tan in the sun. You need to follow the Fitzpatrick guide. For best results and a good fade.... Fitzpatrick I - nothing more than 10% - a light coat at that (preferably 8%). If using a rapid tan...
