I have been practicing 3d nail art and im ready to put on a real nail..My question is when the acrylic nail is done do i apply top coat 1st then do the 3d nail art or do i apply the nail art then the top coat..And any suggestion on what is the best brush to use?

I like to do a U.V top coat then do the 3d and leave that matte.
Then it really stands out on the glossy nail,
as for the brush what do you use for. 3d now , that shuld be fine if your comfy with it x
