Hello to everyone x
I've just moved up to the Highlands in Scotland. Not working, and as I've always wanted to learn how to carry out manicures/pedicures, I really want to start learning.
The problem I'm finding is that in Scotland, I just cant find a course which concentrates on nails? It seems that every way I keep trying to get help/information/advice, doors keep shutting :irked:
I want to be able to be mobile and work for myself. Not only will nails be something I will enjoy doing, but it will also get me meeting people which I love. As I also make my own jewellery, I thought that I would incorporate bits and pieces if I'm able to do nails for weddings etc, etc.
I have seen a distance learning course by Stonebridge College. I've spoken to a friend in Lancashire who owns her own salon, and she's advised me to make some more enquiries before taking anything on training wise.
I really hope someone will reply and offer help I'm not wanting to tread on anyone's toes up here in Scotland, I just hope if anyone is reading this from the Highlands they would be able to give me some encouragement
Many thanks
