Aberdeenshire nail courses

Hey everyone!
I was wondering if anyone knows of any decent nail courses in Aberdeen/shire? I'm a total beginner, looking for a career change as a nail tech, but not sure where to start, as courses seem few and far between. I've came across some 1 and 2 day courses for individual modules like this company here: http://www.starbeautyschools.co.uk/star-beauty-schools-aberdeen-beauty-region , but can't see such little practice being much use?

I work full time, so ideally looking for part time courses. If anyone has any recommendations for my area/thoughts on short courses like the one above, it would be much appreciated!

Hi Louise,

I've never heard of Star Beauty School so cant say much about them. There are places like Capital Hair & Beauty or Nail Harmony: http://www.nailharmonyuk.co.uk/education.html. or even NESCOL (http://www.nescol.ac.uk/courses/hair-and-beauty/manicure-and-pedicure) do part time evening courses (but takes longer) or if you dont mind travelling to Edinburgh or Glasgow I'd recommend The Centre Scotland for when you want to do Acrylic or Gel - http://www.thefingertipscentre.com/nail-training/beginners-courses/ they use CND products.
