Acrylic nails not looking shiny enough!

Hi geeks, have been doing acrylics for about a year and a half now, have never noticed before but just up until recently after applying the top coat onto the nails it seems to sort of soak in? Im using the same one as always by star nails. Im also using the same products ive always used nothing has changed. I like them to look really shiny and they dont :sad:
Any idea why?

If I remember rightly Star Nails say not to use cuticle oil straight away as it takes the shine of the top coat but I cant how long you need to wait. Have a word with them they should be able to help xx

I use a uv topcoat by Seche it's brilliant. Fast drying and great on top of a polish.

I do my own enhancements and tend not to use topcoat as I pick it off as I chew my nails bad habit yes I know !!! :lol: anyway I buff mine to a high shine.
