acrylic toe nails

Hi all
done set of l&p p&w on clients toe nails on thursday eve, she came in today to have her weddin make-up done and i noticed on one of her bif toes it looked really weird it looked like it had cracks goin through it it felt smooth to the touch but didnt look right any suggestions to what this was n why it looked like that?

In many cases, these irregularities in toenails are simply caused by constant pressure of wearing shoes and those shoes causing the nail to 'compact'. Sometimes it is genetics, and sometimes the result of injury. Not really unusual.
