Hi there, I have just started in acrylic toes, up until now I have only ever worked with hands. Can anyone tell me how I would soak off acrlyic toe nails? I have a client coming to me this week who has acrlyic toe nails on, and wants me to remove these and apply a new set. I have a soak off bowl for nails from NSI which I can put hot water into then fill with acetone, but there is no way someone could position their toes in this bowl, it just wouldnt be comfortable???!! Can someone who does this point me in the right direction? Thanks, Hazel x

can you not just thin down??
or failing that apply cotton wool with remover on it and tin foil

hi i think its already been said

soak some cottonwool in acetone wrap it round the toe and then wrap the toe and wool with tinfoil, i find this works better than soaking anyway:)

Hi - I always thought you needed acetone to aid the thinning down process before you can start buffing? I have never heard of soaking cotton wool in acetone then wrapping in tin foil, but sounds good, will try it. How long do you need to leave the toes like this?

Depends on the thickness & condition of the enhancements but about 20-30mins depending, including buffing inbetween them soaking. Does work well to remove them though!! :O)
