Hi there just wanting some advice if you could. I did 2 sets of acrylics on Monday for 2 friends. One of the ladies has text me tonight to say she had been in the bath and a nail has come off fully. I asked if she had banged it or anything she said she hasn't. Can anyone offer me advice please her friends nails are fine apart from the fact that she would like them shortening as she cannot do anything with them. Many thanks x

Hi I followed all my steps as written when I trained sanitise,cuticles,cut n shape free edge, buff, cleanse nails, applied tips, cut then sidewalls and free edges filed, buffed shine off tip,cleansed nail again, applied nu bond then applied acrylic. Same was done to all nails hope this helps x
