The first thing that stands out is that you need to state exactly what you are qualified in, you say you love doing make-up, manicures, pedicures are you qualified in anything else? And if so what. Maybe also say something about the kind of work experience you have had

It is good that you say that you are willing to work evenings and weekends, as some people are hesitant to work these kinds of shifts and that you would like further training, it shows that you are always looking to better yourself which is great!
