Hi I have a client with touch sensitive skin which means her skin is snesitive to heat, touch, embarrassment etc. What sort of advice can I offer her for aftercare and homecare?thanks for your help x

Cleanse and shower with warm water, not hot (avoid fluctuations in temperature)
Use sensitive skin care lines
Avoid exposure to the sun by wearing spf 30 + daily
Do not use face scrubs only use enzyme exfoliators (avoid excess touching)
Use hypoallergenic skincare, there are also colour corrector creams to put under your foundation available

I definitely agree with weezie, but would like to add that the use of masks with calming essential oils such as lavender and camomile also really help and to stay away from ingested stimulants such as coffee, tea and alcohol (especially wine).
