i know i've posted before but it just makes me so mad
. I had a guy in for a massage about a month ago. He was happy with the massage and booked in for last friday. Last Friday i sent him a reminder text about his appointment and he called me straight away to say that he wouldn't be able to make it for work commitments. He asked if he could make an appointment for next week - being today at 7pm. I just called him to see if he had been delayed and the person who answered his phone said sorry i have 'joes' phone and i don't know where he is.
aaahhhhhhhh...........i already turned down other bookings for tonight but seeing as i only found out after the time - there is no time to ring for cancellations. Why bother making a booking????
