Air and uv polish dryers - where to buy?

I am looking to buy a nail polish dryer and was hoping that someone on this site would know of a european distributor. I've found them on sale on american websites but i'd rather order one from within the european union.
The type of machine i'm looking for can be seen on this web page: http://www.transdesign.com/Dryers/Dryers 2.htm it's the ADVENTEK Heat and Air Dry System or any similar model that i'm interested in.

Pretty sure I've seen one in the Designer Nails catalogue (same peeps that distribute Creative). Have a feeling I saw one in my local branch of Capital too.
