Hi geeks, I need some help/advice.
I have a client whose nails I've been doing for some time now and over the past few appointments she has developed some dry & tightening skin around the end of her index finger. I didn't think too much of it until recently when she came back to see me but had decided to remove the extensions herself and her finger had worsened, and become numb.
I'm absolutely stumped as all her other fingers are absolutely fine. This particular finger has a very flat nail but I can't see how this would affect anything? I'm wondering if this is an allergic reaction to something I use?
I've attached a pic of said finger, and would be interested in your thoughts... The file I want to upload keeps failing - so I've given up! But I still welcome your thoughts

PS I use all NSI gel products & prep products
