Annoying Itch after Leg Wax

I am having the most annoying reaction to waxing and need some advice please:hug:

About 2 weeks after I wax my legs I get the mother of all itches and I mean the kind of itch that once you start you cant stop it has got so bad that I am now scared all over my legs not a very flattering look

Any ideas how to prevent this or even how to calm the itching down?

I haven't had any of my clients complain of this its just me:cry:

This itching is caused by the skin healing back over the follicle (the reason we get ingrown hairs) Its a bit like when you get a cut and it starts to itch as it heals.
Gentle exfoliation should help this.Also i find bio oil really good to stop my itching and usually apply this twice a day after 48hrs of my leg wax.Aloe vera gel , i also find helps calm the skin down.
My clients dont get it eiter so i am glad ive read this, as i thought it was just me ha ha.

Do you follow all the aftercare advice you are given? Especially regular exfoliation and daily moisturising? Don't mean to imply that you're not doing so but thought it best to check. :hug:
