Can any one tell me wether Houmous is a free food and if so, is that a green day, or what the sin value is?

28g are 2.5 syns on either day hun! Some of the supermarkets do lower fat versions which are less, but you'd need to know the make to syn it!

Aaah, well houmous is a bit of a favourite with me! And I've been on slimming world since October, so know quite a few things off by heart now!

Good luck hun, how're doing with it? I called target last week! Just over 2.5 stone lost!
