Any techs done a VTCT at Wirral Met college?

I have tried, in vain on 3 occasions to contact the college to find out what nail system they use on thier VTCT nail extensions course.

Has anyone studied this course there and if so, what did you use?

I know some colleges use CND (which I hope to discover I am lucky enough to be able to at college too)

I have to do a VTCT in Manicure first but this will give me extra time to save up to do a CND course

Also, does anyone have an idea of the cost of 1 to 1 tuition from a qualified tech/teacher? I may have a few classes in between college to help me along

I did the nail enhancement course there and i think it was star nails that we trained in - that was going a fair way back though so it may well have changed since then.
To be honest the stuff wasn't that fabulous and although you will be taught the absolute basics, you certainly will need extra tuition with a nail company after the course...xXx

I need to find someone who I can get 1 to 1 tuition off in my area - any Geeks able to do it?

The only downside for me is that I can't train from home with a tutor or via college with professional equipment because I can't buy professional equipment until I am trained lol
