Yes it's another pregnancy/ baby thread!
Some geeks will know that my baby is due in December.
So I'm 36 weeks and had to go to hospital yesterday for a presentation scan and it turns out baby is not quite breech but in a transverse lie position. They have booked me in for next Friday when I'll be 37 weeks to try and turn the baby to the head down position. This is called External Cephalic Version or ECV.
The odds are 50/50 of it working. if it doesn't I'll have to have a c section which I really didn't want as had one with my first and then a lovely natural birth with my second which was so much better.
Just wondered if anyone has any experience of this and what I can expect? Don't mind good stories or horror stories, I like to be prepared!!
Thanks geeks :0)
