Are HD Brows worth buying into salon?

My salon is currently losing money and I’m having a massive rethink. The current core of my business is Lashes, nails, brow wax and tints and intimate waxing. It’s such a big outlay but I’m debating whether I should bring HD brows into my salon. What are everyone’s feelings on these and have they been worth the money?

Do you know adding something new will increase revenue? It's a gamble.

You need to assess why you're losing money and make a calculated decision. Staff bill too high? Not enough clients? Prices too low? You need to work out the core of the problem before being able to fix it.

You need to carefully review your existing set up and work out what’s working well and where there are deficiencies and fix these first rather than potentially throwing more money away.
What’s your client retention rate like? Is it consistent for every therapist?

As above. HD won’t be a guaranteed fix. Definitely need to assess where the moneys going and what you can do to change it before you spend more.
