Do you sometimes do a full set or rebalance and think they are really bad? Then when they come back for their next appointment they are not half as bad as you thought? I've done that a few times too.

I once saw one of my clients in the supermarket and was convinced she'd had a set of nails done somewhere else because they looked too good to be mine. She came for a rebalance and they were the same nails, sometimes we scrutinise our work so much that we look for faults and don't see the good.
