Please help.
My client has a base of 7-8 with ash undertones.
She has pre existing bleach hi-lites.
She wants me to re-touch the bleach hi-lites, root area only...no problem.
However she wants ash low lites, and she wants them quite dark.
I know I can't use a flat say 4.1 or any other level of ash as it will turn the existing bleach grey/green.
So my question is, what can I use that will appear as ash a possible but contains that all important warmth I need to knock out any grey/green.
This is a question that I have longed for an answer, what the hell do you do if they don't want warmth in the low lites but pre existing bleach?????
Would be so very grateful for an answer.
Thanks.

Difficult with permanents. I do this using Redken shades EQ in the titanium colours.

Redken EQ, Titanium???? What do they equate to on the universal colour chart?
I have no idea what Redken colours are but thank you for your repl

I think it will be about having the right amount of warmth not to overpower and to give a nice flat colour . I know clynol does a 4.14 which is drk brown ash auburn which is usually fine over bleach , but whatever you use , id do test pieces to test for porosity ,youd want it to come out even and not green!

I used half 8.1 and a quarter 6.3, the colourcame out perfect, flat, ash with no khaki tinge.
Thank you both for your suggestions.
