I use the Satin Smooth double wax heater and have done for some years now. I use hot and warm wax and put the standard plastic pots straight in or pour the hot wax pellets into the removable pot. It works really well, looks good and is a good price.

I wouldnt put hot wax in the babyllis one its too small which would make temperature control difficult also it has a slide temp control which is a right pain.
I have warm strip wax in mine and its ok for that because i dont change the temp but i have a large hive for hot.
 
Ok thanks, What about digital heaters are they any good?x
