Balayage went so wrong

So i went to a salon that had fab pics up of balayage they had done in salon..asked if i could have this one with dark brown of top and nice bright blonde on the bottom...the stylist said no problem at all as i asked would it come that bright on the bottom she said ofcourse....uhh ohhh NO it is now orange on the bottom nothing like what i wanted...my friend also got the same problem...what to do now?????HELLP:sad:

Do you have a picture? The best thing to do is go and get a consultation at another salon or go back to the salon and explain why you are not happy x

thanx guys, i already rang and spoke to the owner she then spoke to the girl that done it and because the owner was not der when we had it done she told her boss we both had box colours ( from chemists)in our hair in black previous to having our hair done and thats why its orangey colour where the blonde should be...i never ever use box colours and i never had black in my hair im soo disappointed ...i had asked her before doing it would it come up that bright and she was certain it would..

Go back in and ask to speak to the owner. Don't let her get away with fibbing to cover her behind. Sounds either like she didn't lighten your hair for long enough or was untruthful in how much it would lift.
